"Lovely large self contained chalet with 3 bedrooms. We took our dog with us so was perfect with lovely walks on the doorstep. She was made very welcome in the pub "

"for a 3 star hotel, the condition of the property seems run down, a renovation would be needed to make this place thrive, beds are well a bed, but not the best at all, night porter walking around woke us up 3 times in the night, not much sound proofing for the rooms "

"Nice relaxing surroundings but disappointed when we booked for breakfast it we were charge saying it was not included and on further investigations booking still includes breakfast for the price we paid and believes me"

"We stayed here a few years ago and found it very convenient for travelling north and stayed again last week. The property is kept clean and tidy, the staff were friendly, happy to talk to customers and helpful, the carpet to the dining area was clean which can be difficult to achieve with so many visitors. There was sufficient choice for breakfast, cooked or cold."
