「This hotel far exceeded our expectations it was more like a mini resort and wished we could have stayed longer than the 3 nights.. perfect for exploring the local attractions and only 40-45mins to Alton Towers. The room we had was a 2 bed apartment in the main building, which was much bigger than the photos. The amenities were awesome and there’s a range of free activities and entertainment that was put on whilst we were there. The staff were also amazing, we will be back for sure :-)」

「The property was cold and the device to set the temperature seemed to be out of battery. It was somewhat hard to find, and when we entered there was a vacuum cleaner sitting in the hallway. Parking can be hard to find, and the owners' emails seemed to be automatic and not responsive.」

「Unfortunately, the property did not meet reasonable cleanliness or maintenance standards. On arrival, the oven and hob were visibly dirty with grease and residue, and the kitchen overall did not appear to have been properly cleaned. There was no bin provided anywhere in the property, only loose bin bags left for guests to manage waste themselves. The bathroom showed visible mould around the shower area.
