「The property was beautiful, and the staff was very friendly. The rooms were nice, and the air conditioning was excellent. However, the resort has no elevators, and when I booked the stay, I noted that the trip was to celebrate my mother's 85th birthday. They put us on the third floor, and it took 3 days to move us to the first floor. We never found the water park for which they gave us free passes.」
