Right size, beautiful artsy. Phone number for property in Expedia did not work, fortunately there was a number listed outside the building that did. Check in instructions could be better written, description of breakfast and fruit, vegetables should be revised as only available seasonally. U pick from garden. Very neat and beautiful house, well decorated but several cobweb areas in shower and bathroom area. Not a big problem just enough to keep from being wonderful. Good place to stay but felt it...

Wonderful old cottage full amenities

The lodgings, food and service was fantastic! I felt like I was in a Jane Austin film and loved every second. The room was updated, comfortable and very cozy for the winter. The food at the resturant was the best meal we had in Tassie and would come back again just for that. Staff were friendly and overall a 5 star experience.

It was a lovely place to spend a few days. Great comfortable place with very friendly staff and delicious food. I would recommend to anyone considering.

Location is perfect, the room has everything that is needed, even a washing/ dryer machine. The only bad thing I could say is that the gym they had partnership with is closed and they don’t have a breakfast restaurant either

Luxurious, historical, spacious rooms and amazing staff!

Spotlessly clean, great location, well stocked, spacious, easy check-in, good communication with host.

Fantastic service. Concierge was amazing in helping us maximize our time in Hobart. Rooms are large and beautiful. Award winning restaurant and bar on site. Would go back in a flash

Clean and nicely decorated. Great communications from owner. Would gladly stay there again.

Our visit was during Christmas and it was our honeymoon. I don’t think any other place would have been as perfect. We stayed in the gardeners cottage in the middle of an incredible garden. The two story little house is adorable and functional. We agreed it has the best shower in the world and that’s not even in the top 10 lovely things about the place. Wonderful hosts, thoughtful touches, easy communication, fantastic location and amenities and just one of the best places we’ve ever been. It’s...

The Rivulet was a WONDERFUL surprise. The hotel and room mixed old world charm with modern technology. We were greeted with complimentary port wine and fine chocolates. Then each morning breakfast was an amazing assortment of food and drink, served by helpful staff. If and when we return to Tasmania, we will stay there again!

This cozy apartment was quiet, easy to find, and located in a safe area. It had everything I needed and a comfortable bed. I would gladly stay here again

The owners were wonderful and we enjoyed our stay.. They were very helpful and just a wonderful accomadation.

Nice house, vintage outside and modern inside. We can find almost everything needed in the house, including kitchen suppliers, heater in bathroom, ipod player…just like at home. If the wifi signal is better, it will be a perfect one.

This is a new hotel and is in very good condition. The only disappointment is with Hotels.com. The price is much higher than it initially showed. If you don't pay from a US account, prepare to pay an international transfer fee and also prepare for Hotels.com's crappy exchange rate.

The Henry Jones hotel is a lovely place to spend your days in Hobart. The rooms are large and have a nice view of the harbor. The staff is friendly and attentive. I would definitely stay here again if in Hobart.

We stayed two nights, separated by a two day, one night GBR snorkel trip. Jeannette very graciously allowed us to keep everything in our room for the extra night without having to pack and unpack again. VERY much appreciated. Room (#9) was huge with separate sitting area. Breakfast was modest, and it's a $20 taxi ride to town. Otherwise, a charming, comfortable place to stay.

It is the ideal place if you want to stay in a traditional house, the location is very quiet, you can easily reach the center. The host Nina is very kind, smiling and warm. The house and garden are wonderful, the breakfast with handmade products.
