「If you book this hotel and you use Google maps to find it, then put in Gandullas only as this is the village the hotel is in. Maps took me to 3 different places before some locals at my third stop gave me the correct address. They said I was in Pinuecar and not Gandullas. Very hard to find. But then I was able to access the property but there is nothing in the village by way of bars or restaurants. I had to go onto the next town to find something to eat. But I have to say I had a comfortable...

「It’s a lovely apartment with fantastic views. All of the people we spoke to were really friendly and helpful and Montejo is a very charming village. However, it’s not clear from the photos in the description that the pool is a municipal pool nearby which you have to pay for separately, rather than being part of the accommodation. The rooms are all a good size but the main bedroom only has a window onto a small internal courtyard which can be quite noisy. 」
