"The Check in was a bit confusing that you have to go to another building, and we chose a room with sofa bed specifically because we have a kid, but there was no bed lining for the sofa bed, so we had to call the reception to get it fixed. We stayed for two nights though they didn’t clean our room or empty the trash or exchange our towels at all even we did follow the instructions to throw them on the floor. We tried to call reception again to get some new towels, though give up after couldn’t...

"Stayed just one night whilst visiting my daughter in nearby hospital. First the good- parking free and on site, bed was comfortable, room clean although very worn, very quiet until building site workers next door started. The lift was out of order, no coffee making facilities (as in description), no information about breakfast etc. in room. Check in was easy but no information on breakfast offered (assumed it was in room). No one at the desk for check out, waited 10 minutes and rang bell....

"The room was huge and gave us plenty of room to spread out. It was difficult for us to navigate with big luggage with the many stairs up to the 4th floor as there are no elevators. The room was still being cleaned when we arrived, but was done fairly quickly. Hotel is old and it shows. The room was sufficient for our one night stay and if you are looking for a no-frills, fairly basic location, this is one to consider.
