「Absolute stunning view and friendly staff. Rooms and property were clean and adequate - bonus having a fridge and water kettle in the room. So nice having the restaurant on site. Building certainly not high end and is old in need up updates - but it is clean and functional (as is the state of most properly on the island). Would go again :)」

「1. Hotel is in the middle of nowhere - no entertainment in or nearby - everyone sleeps early here, including the owners 2. 「The location of Elaine's is perfect for exploring Dominica. We had a fantastic 11 day stay and managed to catch the sunset from the deck at Elaine's almost every night. The kitchen was reasonably well equipped, the place was clean with plenty of spare towels and beach towels, the AC worked very well (and was quiet!). The bed is on the firm/hard side but in good shape. Elaine and Kurt were quick at responding to small issues that arose and helpful as we tried to find our way around. Note...
