「Came to Great Bend for Chemo treatments for my Mother, this place is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood. We loved just relaxing! The coffee little bar was a great add on for us since we had to get up early and head out 」

「Property was exactly as described. Very clean. Not over decorated - simple (which we liked). Quick response from host - very friendly. Only recommendation would be to have enough towels/washcloths for the number of guests staying (and I didn't ask for more, we made due). Not a complaint, just a recommendation. Very pleased, would stay again.」

「Great place to stay, off the beaten path in rural remote Kansas! Very clean & well-stocked bathroom, kitchen. We had a couple of overnight thunderstorms, and it was very cool to watch the lightening via the skylight while in bed. We’ll definitely return!」

「Decor is nice. Furniture is newer. Bath linens are higher end. Perfect space for 2, not 4. Nice size bed. Tiny bathroom that wouldn't be claustrophobic if larger than 200 lbs or taller than 6 ft. Super stuffy and hot on arrival (even though they are adamant about leaving the air conditioner at 74- it was over 80 with 1 window unit in living room). Bedroom was miserable in temp, until about 3A. No fans available. Why not? Not sure bed sheets were washed- crumbs that needed to be brushed off....

「This is the second time we have stayed at the Lawfts in Russell, KS. This property never disappoints and is our favorite place to stay while visiting relatives in the area. The full service kitchen, laundry, bathrooms, and bedrooms are nicely appointed and very clean. The beds are exceptionally comfortable. We will definitely choose this location once again when we are back in town. 」

Showed us the baby pheasants— so very sorry Connor dropped one because it peed on his hand. Just loved it, everything was perfect」
