From this 2nd story apartment loft, you can oversee all of downtown Hays, overlook many of the large stone churches, view the amazing Kansas sunset every evening, and wake up to the morning sun shining through your oversized picture window. Beautiful property in a perfect location!

The pictures don't do this place justice - it's a wonderful property! Perfect for our family to be comfortable in, had everything we needed - will definitely stay here again!

Great place in the heart of downtown Hays. James was very accommodating, and the property is beautiful. The yard area was sublime, very well manicured with a great seating area. The loft seemed brand new, with everything we needed.

Super cute place!!

My mom and I thought the place was immediately clean, decorated adorably, and had very comfy beds. They had everything you would possibly need to cook in the cute kitchen. It was quiet and we both got a great night sleep. It was in a very safe neighborhood and across the street from the Fire department. The outside sitting area was a huge plus. We will definitely stay again!

Our Loft Stay

Not completely thrilled with the way you have to purchase insurance and cleaning and fees. Makes it more and more expensive to stay. We were in the loft for less than 12 hours. An earlier check in would be appreciated.

Perfect Halfway meeting spot.

My son lives in Colorado Springs and I live in Kansas City. Hays is a perfect halfway meeting spot for us. We were able to meet for the weekend and stay here. The Condo was very clean, updated and comfortable. The owner was very quick at responding to any questions that I had. Wonderful time!

Excellent Family Road Trip Stopover

We were taking a cross-country road trip, with a family of 4 (2 parents, 2 year old, 9 year old), and this was an excellent stopover on our way. The rooms were excellent, and the location was great for family -- just a few blocks from the nearest playground. Check-in instructions were straightforward and easy to follow, and the rooms were clean and well organized. We really enjoyed our stay in Hays, and would highly recommend!
