「The smoke detector was beeping when we got to our room. We went to the front desk to ask them to change out the batteries and they said they didn't have any and we would have to move rooms. We had already settled in and had kids with us, so moving was not an option. We had to disconnect the smoke detector. The remote also needed batteries, but we didn't even bother to ask so we could not even relax and watch some TV. The bathroom sink did not drain and had black stuff that would come up out...
