「Had 2 rooms. No thermostat in 1. Towel rack broken off the wall in the other. Was there for a wedding. Had over 15 rooms in the block and pretty much everyone had a problem of some sort. Got back from the wedding at 9:30 and there are signs posted EVERYWHERE saying quiet time at 10pm. Lobby was shaking from the loud music of a party going on. No big deal because we can escape to our room right!? WRONG. Whole room was shaking from the base. Called front desk multiple times but nobody answers. Go...
