「Surprisingly great hotel for the price. Valerie was very friendly at the front desk. We had a very large, clean room, the hotel was very nice. Breakfast was not amazing but it was good. The location was quiet and convenient, just off the interstate, a good stop for traveling.」

「Seems like they’re going through transitions. Lots of things didn’t work: elevator, door to get into our part of the hotel (we could at least exit). The room was spacious and with a toddler it was nice that it was a bit divided. However the kitchen wasn’t as well stocked as it could’ve been. The utensil holder had crumbs in it. The bathroom appeared to be cleaned and the bedding fresh but it seemed like the floors weren’t done and some surfaces were a bit dusty and others were sticky. We also...

「All sheets in the room were stained and as well as the curtains the staff got upset when I told her my room smelt like cigarettes and if I can have a refund but said I couldn’t cause the sheets were messed up cause I checked for bugs in the mix of that I told her that they have signs of no smoking if so they’re gonna get kicked out but the whole hotel smells like cigarettes and weed, very sketchy hotel with people outside and inside all hours of the night overall this place is extremely ghetto...

「Could have been cleaned much better but it worked for what it was. Good updates on the property. Just felt a little dirty.」

「Pillows were musky, old phones with outdated charging options. Room was not maintained and had broken accessories. Floors, baseboards, legs of chairs, basically anything not surface level was extremely dusty. Bathrooms were visibly not scrubbed sadly had stained surfaces and towels.」

「No hot coffee on lobby nor - worst - at breakfast, and staff (ir)responsible did not care until asked for.」

「The property was conveniently located and seemed like a new building. Check-in was ok. There was a misunderstanding of reservations but they were worked out. The room was spacious, quiet and clean. However, our in room coffee pot was broken, and when I went down to the common area to get some coffee, the desk clerk told me they didn’t have any. Evidently, they were changing vendors and all the stuff from the current vendor had to be gone before the new vendor would put their products in. Huh?...

「Building and grounds were in need of minor repairs due to age and use. Room was recently remodeled. There were two refrigerators in the room. One was a regular size for home use the other was the smaller version found in motel rooms. Some of the plumbing was exposed in the living area probably due to remodel. The room was quiet and comfortable. Price was fair.」
