「The place looked great. But in our room the toilet was running and there was too much traffic noise from the freeway」

「My family and I have been staying at this hotel whenever we are visiting Pocatello for many years, and we keep coming back. We always seem to enjoy our stay. This time I was travelling alone, and it was no different - no issues, everything worked, got a good shower, easy in, and easy out! We will return! 」

「We had a suite for a little extra space and we enjoyed it. The young staff on the front desk was excellent. The free breakfast was good, I'd say above average. The staff who managed the kitchen and serving area for the breakfast was great, more than helpful. Have already booked our next stay!」

「I paid for a 2 bed suite knowing I have 4 kids with me and upon check in was told the hotel over sold rooms and I was the lucky one to be moved to 2 separate rooms non - conjoining and quite a bit smaller. A heads up would have been nice so we could have planned accordingly. Not to mention, the walls are thin and you can hear EVERYTHING. I’m sure our neighbors didn’t help but either way, Request a top floor and bring earbuds.」

「Good clean room. Very helpful staff. Excellent breakfast pool was clean and fun.」

「The free breakfast delivered to the room at 11 was good especially since we wanted to sleep in and check out was at 1200. The room was cute, but not very assessable for those with any issues. The bathtub in the room that we stayed in was a very large step or climb down. The bed was small and up against the wall which made it difficult for the person sleeping next to the wall to get up during the night. The staff were very nice and helpful. 」

「Was dirty, mouse traps in hallways, “employees” “grilling” shirtless in the parking lot. We didn’t even stay and they wouldn’t refund us because we already checked in. DIRTY, UNSAFE, FALLING APART」

「It was a bit hot and the stairs were long but there were so many condiments and cleaning supplies it was well stocked and handy 」

「Place was advertised with pool. Pool is not available all year ( didn't specify that in listing). It’s an above ground portable pool . I received waaaayyy too many texts from owner of unit. Owner gets way too personal . Had no kitchen to cook our meals. I will never rent this unit again.」
