Unfortunately the property was not clean, there were crumbs on the couch and sheets were missing, what sheets were there had hair on them , dirty socks etc. When I reached to the property manager , late night , the manager was responsive and immediately addressed it. I found the interaction with the manager pleasant. We had no other issues for the rest of our stay. The kitchen is well stocked with staple pantry items. The decor is pleasant and tastefully done. Petites suggestions: 1-pour les chambres avec grand lit prévoir un meuble pour déposer la valise (serait plus utile que garde-robe et tiroirs)2-une des chaises de la table à manger a la patte arrière gauche défectueuse. Pourrait causer une chute.3-s’assurer d’avoir le nombre de fourchettes à fondue égale au nombre de personne maximum pour ce chalet, il n’y en a que 5.」
