「Terrible experience. Put us in a room with a TV that didn’t work. I complained and they told me they were full and didn’t have another room but eventually moved that afternoon. We moved and thatTV never streamed correctly either. Ordered some breakfast and it was her first week and she had no idea what she was doing. She was super sweet but hadn’t been trained. Even the coffee was watered down, didn’t even taste like coffee. Terrible experience! We go to Troy every year for Special...

「Young girl working behind the counter was neither welcoming, nor helpful. She was not from the South…and you can definitely tell. Unfortunate, that she was the “welcome” face, of the hotel.」

「The room smelled very musty when we arrived and it took a day for the room to cool off and the smell to minimize, The bathroom also had a smell like sulfur which went away after 1 1/2 days. The furniture was old - should be replaced . No coffee pot and breakfast option was very minimal . Good things- bed was very comfortable and shower was very nice - bathtub floor was very slippery- thank goodness for grab bar.」

「トロイ大学に近接したホテルで、近隣のロードサイドにも食事等が出来るところが多くあり、便利です。 室内は広く、日本の同価格帯のビジネスホテルの倍くらいはあるでしょうか。 朝食もセルフですので、気兼ねなく利用でき、おいしかったです。 そこで初めてワッフル焼き器を見ました。 あえて私的に難点を言うと、湯船派なので、バスタブがシャワー用の浅いタイプ（アメリカは大概そうでしょうが）なのでちょっとという感じです。 総評として、満足でした。」

「breakfast can be better by offering some protein. the many sugars an starches were not healthy. the furniture needs to be overhauled or cleaned (sofas) . there was never anyone at the desk. parking was very good. the room was clean as could be and workable for the price. the staff was friendly and eager to please. I have stayed in this facility many times, and the price fits my pocket. there were no bugs! I will book it again!」

「This Little Cabin is in a perfect location - not far from town, shopping, university…2.5 miles out creating its own seclusion and safe place. It’s nice to be waken by the sounds of nature and the farm animals. The cabin is a lovely retreat; nicely done and perfect for the location. The place was perfect for 4 adults and a fur-baby. My fur-baby enjoyed the space and she was awed by the animals. I spent many summers in Troy in my childhood roaming the countryside on my family homestead. ...
