「Staff were extremely helpful 」

「Parking is good we didn’t have a drink in the bar. We have stayed here many times over the years but it has gone downhill. Poor maintenance in the bathroom… no hot water for a shower or a wash! Went to breakfast and was told we had to be finished within half an hour… people on the next table… the waitress actually asked them to leave!! 「無料の無線LANと記載がありますが、全く繋がりませんでした。フロントスタッフに尋ねると「宿泊客が多いため回線が混雑している」との回答でしたが、たとえ満室になっても繋がるようにしておくべきではないでしょうか。仕事で使う必要があったため頼み込んでフロントにあるPCを10分程使わせていただきましたが、その他諸々の予定がかなり狂いました。また、宿泊した日の夜には、結婚パーティが夜通し行われていました。宿泊した部屋はパーティ会場から離れていたので安心していましたが、ちょうど寝入った夜中1時頃、そのパーティで酔っ払った客が隣の部屋で騒ぎ始め、起こされる羽目に。。。客室の壁は薄いです。」

「Lovely decor in the hotel. Our suite was gorgeous. We ate in the restaurant and it was lovely, great menu. The pub is very cosy, very relaxed feel to it.」
