"Premièrement l’hôte m’appelle pour m’annoncer que je ne peux finalement pas avoir le logement réservé. Il m’en propose 2 autres ( 1 pour mon collegue et 1 pour moi ). Par contre cela ne devait pas passer par le site mais en direct j’ai accepté n’ayant pas de solution de secours. Et là c’est la douche froide. Pas de chauffage alors que nous sommes en plein hiver.
