「Staff was excellent ,breakfast was excellent rooms were excellent, pool walls needed a desperate cleaning and jacuzzi wasn't working,outside landscaping needed better maintenance.」

「If you just need a place to sleep and shower, the room is nice and clean with great hot/cold shower. The mini fridge and tv are working properly. The great thing we loved is the accessibility to the Blue Ridge Parkway. 」

「Went down there on a business trip and our room was not as clean as we would have liked. Especially all the hair that was in the bathroom and the bathtub and on the bed. If I could’ve gotten my money back, I would have changed hotels. I travel extensively and I would have to give this hotel a rating out of 1 to 10 I would give it a 6. I will not stay there again.」

「The personnel I dealt with were extremely polite and helpful. Maintenance of the building and grounds was rather poor and the cleanliness of the rooms was good in spite of the overall decline in the property as a whole.」

「Not enough plug-ins in room,and what was there were lose plugs wouldn't stay in. Beds were very uncomfortable. Okay for one night, we were supposed to stay two nights but left after one. Otherwise it was clean and well stocked.」

「The space was as advertised, all the creature comforts available, plus some cozy accents. It was very clean when we arrived and the host gave us everything we needed to know ahead of time. I suggest bringing food and drinks with you, there aren’t many places nearby to shop. 」
