One of the most beautiful properties I’ve ever stayed at. Staff makes you feel like you own the island and they all work for you. Try to get a VIP Villa or beach Villa. Highly recommend for romantic get away. Sunsets are spectacular. We had dinner on the beach almost every evening, unforgettable time here. I love you guys.

Our stay at Bacau Bay was wonderful! The property was beautiful with great facilities and the staff were so nice and helpful. We spent an entire afternoon relaxing in their beautiful pool and ordering poolside food and drinks. It’s also a short tuktuk ride into town, which the hotel staff were easily able to help call for us. We only stayed one night but could have easily spent many more there.

Amazing place to stay and visit if you want peace and quiet. Beautiful beaches and wonderful accommodations. Excellent food especially at Sinag Restaurant.

The resort is beautiful and the rooms are amazing! Everything is very clean and well kept. We stayed in the Family Junior Suite (Garden View) for 3 nights and it was perfect, we comfortably fit 6 adults. There was an extra daybed, so the room could have fit 7. The food at the restaurant was decent, they have a large menu with many options. Although, one night there was a dinner buffet but we weren't given notice that the normal menu would be unavailable, so you were forced to do the dinner...

I booked this a room here from June 19-22, 2017. I had never been to El Nido previously, and had no idea what to expect. This little place not only met my expectations, but exceeded any expectations I had. Location is definitely what you are paying for. Stunningly beautiful. The staff is very tentative. Breakfast is good. We do wish they payed better attention to detail. Example: watering and nurturing the plants. They have so much potential! To us it’s obvious it’s a management problem, not an employee issue. Again, the staff is a 10/10.

The Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We needed covid tests for return and they arranged along with all our excursions and transportation. The Balai Princesa Massage was excellent. The kitchen staff was very attentive. Quaint and attractive.

The Deep forest hotel is very unique in many ways , from the many detailed wood carving that I admire , to the colorful surroundings and the nature landscape the blends everything into one ...
