"I have always had a good experience here until my most recent visit. Had a “flashing” light bulb above my bed all night. The response from front desk was to take it out. Which was ok. However, I have since left three messages for the manager to discuss and have never heard back. Really disappointing as we stay here frequently "

"In the middle of a remodel. Bar/snack area was closed which was disappointing. Room was nice. Pool area could have been kept cleaner. There was food in the kids pool at one point. "

"pool says hours were until 10 pm went down around 9.20 pm an it was completely dark and the dead bolt was on the door , so your key card would' not open it, the shower in the room, water did not drain properly, plus shower was not warm, at check out there was no one at the desk, called on phone, and they said just drop the key in the box, zero customer service."
