The hotel was clean, modern, and right next to Culver's for a quick dinner. The hotel breakfast was very nice with omelets, sausage, biscuits and gravy plus waffles and cereal if you're into that. It was not downtown but just off a main route so it was fairly easy to get to even though Google took us through downtown.

The hotel was very nice inside and out felt welcomed the minute we walked in the doors. The bed was a little firm for us but the in room jacuzzi tub definitely made up for it. Would stay again if in the area

Our stay is always nice! We`ve stayed there ever since it opened many years ago. The only negative about the property is that the toilets are to low fore the older clientele.

I loved the great variety of options on the television. The morning desk receptionist was tremendously helpful. I had a flat tire and she had her husband come out and help me get the spare (donut) put on my car. She, her son and her husband were so very helpful!

I would stay again

The hotel was an older property but very clean, staff were friendly and it was obvious that each of them care about their job and the hotel. Breakfast was nice and, tasty and very clean. Loved the lobby decorated for the holidays. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

The staff was very nice and kept everything well stocked in the dining area and the coffee service area. Unfortunately, our room smelled like body odor and even opening the window wasn't enough to get rid of the smell. The insulation is also poor so we could hear other guests talking and showering.

I’ve stayed in newer, more modern hotels this summer, but in spite of the fact that this one is a little older, it was by far the cleanest. Our stay was very comfortable.

The Inn is older and a bit worn but the staff were friendly and breakfast was better then many places I stay. I’d recommend it to anyone staying in Rhinelander.

The property is not as well maintained as in prior years. Breakfast options were not as good as in the past. I understand ownership has changed. Still, it is a better place to stay than a number of the other Rhinelander hotels which have no concept of what clean looks like. The AmericInn room was clean and tidy and the pool and hot tub are nice amenities.

Nice Hotel

Hotel is inviting. Rooms and common areas are clean and up to date. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was good. We enjoyed our stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Nice pool and spa.
