「The room is clean.」

「First the door wouldnt open, even after re-keying the card, then when we got a new room, (upstairs) the stairs were dark and creaky. We got into the room and the smell was awful. Like hit you in the face, make you take a step back awful. The bed was ok, but the pillows were flat. The shower was dirty, and the water was hard to turn on and only ran HOT or COLD. No in between. We would up leaving early.」

「Everything was great.」

「The rooms are well maintained and clean. The bathroom was spotless. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a lacking a little bit because there are no hot items, but it general, it was decent.」

「If you want a family friendly inn with a delicious breakfast this is your place to stay! Close to Knoebels. Will definitely stay here again!」

「The property in on a beautiful piece of land and we saw deer each night. Beds were comfortable too. The place looked out of the 70’s and tired. Adequately equipped with towels, no soap at all even hand soap which we never thought of bringing other than our bath soap and shampoo. Bathroom sink had cigarette stains and it made it look dirty. Had a coffee pot but no filters so we would have had to buy some for 2 night stay. In comparison to a b&b we usually stay at that was full that weekend- it...

「Great hosts, clean and welcoming home!」

「If you have a bunch of guys headed up to the AOAA this is a great place to crash. Just know its a big room with a huge bar, pool table, darts and some beds in it. Come ready to party. Plenty of parking (long trailers slightly more challenging). Comes equipped with a fridge, microwave and a blackstone.Mary, the host, was a saint and took care of us for sure. Be sure to check out her restaurant (Olde Stone Tavern) its one to remember.」

「Clean larger room, very comfortable bed, nice shower, and a good value. The "breakfast" of the bed and breakfast is grab and go.」

「Our host was very friendly and accommodating, made us Feel right at home. Thank you」

「Very clean! I especially appreciated that there was an abundance of towels and washcloths! The beds were comfortable. Also appreciated that there air conditioners. Thank you!」

「This place was outfitted perfectly! Will definitely plan to stay here again」

「This home is absolutely gorgeous and made for an unforgettable weekend! The highlight for us was definitely the awesome pickleball court—we spent so much time out there playing. When we weren't on the court, we were relaxing and taking in the great views. The property is stunning, clean, and perfectly equipped. We can't recommend this place enough and would love to come back! The host was great to deal with and responded very quickly.」

「Absolutely loved my stay. If you’re an animal lover who is looking to check out of the daily grind, connect with nature, all while staying at the most unique and cozy place ever….then this. Is. It. The owner was so kind and gracious, the horses were amazing, the ponies outside the kitchen window were nothing like I’ve ever experienced. I will be coming back!!!!! Already looking at dates for the fall 」
