「エクスペディアから予約確認メールが来てから1カ月後に、オーナーから直接メールが入り、諸事情(ダブルブッキング)で泊まれなくなったのでキャンセルしたとの連絡が入った。旅行日が迫っていたので、エクスペディアにも電話して対応をお願いしたが、自分で対応するしかないとの返事。オーナーと3週間ほど何度もメールのやり取りをした結果、この宿泊施設(Cekers Townhouse)を紹介されて泊まりました。元の宿泊施設は街の中心部まで歩いて5分、海が目の前のロケーション。3ベッドルーム。しかし、紹介された宿泊施設は街の中心部まで車で5分、海までは歩いて15分、2ベッドルーム。条件は悪化していますが、一切の値引きに応じてくれませんでした。 既に他のホテルはいっぱいで予算内で泊まれる所はなく、飛行機のチケットも変更できず、エクスペディアからも「オーナーと交渉して代替施設を紹介してもらうしかない」と言われ、やむなく泊まる判断をしました。 旅行前に、これだけ嫌な思いをしたのは初めてです。この宿泊施設では、他にも同じような事象が発生しているようです。この宿泊施設を利用する方は十分ご注意下さい。」

「We stayed had a great vacation at The Somerset with our kids who are 12 and 14. It is a quiet resort, the grounds are very nice, the beach is beautiful and all of the staff we great!
