「ーエアコンが古く、音が大きい（冷えたら切ったりを繰り返した）。 ーゴミ箱がトイレにしかない（ベッドルームにも専用のものが欲しい）。 ーTVがない（とくに気にならない）。 ー机がない（これは困る）。 ー犬が2匹いる（これは良い）。 ー海に近く（これは良い）。」

「Cute hotel. Very quaint, clean, good breakfast. Good value for the price. We stayed at the casita. Bed was a bit hard and they don’t have colchas just thin bed covers but overall it was ok. What I love the most was that it is very Nicaraguan. 」

「アクセスは良くありませんが、滞在中は非常にゆっくりとくつろぐことができます。家族、カップルには良い所ではないでしょうか。館内の飲み物類は一部を除いて無料、スナック類も同様です。夕食・朝食はバイクング形式で、好きな物を好きなだけ食べれるので、満足です。味も問題ありません。 ただし、歯ブラシなどのアメニティが部屋になく、館内の薬局で買うように言われました。いつも持ち歩いている為、問題はありませんでしたが、ホテルのランクからすると付いていると思ってしまいます。 フロイントは英語も対応しているため、スペイン語ができなくても問題ありません。」

「Precio muy elevado para el servicio y mini-cuartos que ofrecen. Las fotos de la oferta son engañosas, las áreas exteriores requieren urgente mantenimiento, la limpieza en los cuartos no es óptima.」

「Great property, beautiful room and view, excellent staff and breakfast. We were nervous about noise levels as it is across bars and a hostel is right behind, but had no issues at all. Just make sure the balcony doors are closed and AC is on :) 」

「The property is simply massive and out in the jungle. The hotel is on its own private bay and the rooms have incredible views. The sunsets were epic. And the staff went above and beyond every day I was there with an amazing attitude and a smile. I am a spoiled and discerning traveler and I stay at a lot of Aman, Banyan Tree, Ritz Carlton’s etc. This is an ecolodge so you will find some things are a little different but after spending 7 days here with my wife I can really say I had a special...

「Hotel Victoriano is a gorgeous hotel. They take really great care of the grounds and the hotel itself. Everyone that worked there was amazing. Carlos was especially helpful. I would highly recommend waiting to book expeditions and car services until you talk to him. I could have saved so hundreds of dollars (literally) had I known him before booking this trip.
