「The price was good, the staff was helpful but I felt that these issues could have been dealt with before a Client begins occupying the room to discover these "faults", i.e. the baseboard heater not working and a plug-in space heater was brought in. To call for a repairman to "unlock the air locks" in the system. 2 ladies found no heat in the room and changed with me to deal with the problem. 「The hotel itself was wonderful, staff were pleasant. But the roadway leading up to the hotel (not your responsibility directly I am sure) almost forced me to turn around & book somewhere else. The parking lot itself was also not great, some slopes & sink holes that an elderly person would have had problems traversing. The location is fantastic btw. I do business with the airport in Moncton so access was just the right distance, 」
