「Good location 」

「This was a first time at Citadines. Very clean and luxurious. The apartment-style suite was very nice and quiet too. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re staying in Bacolod.」

「Tough review. This is a five star location as far as I am concerned.. Little to complain about. Responsive staff.. I could live here easily and be quite comfortable. The food was all at least... a 4 out of 5 which is really good for the philippines in general. The villas are top notch. We really enjoyed our two nights.. but. 1. Calling the room (more than once) to ask if we are coming to eat dinner when we were explicitly told last order is at 8pm... The calls started before 6pm.. One...

「It was good feeling」

「⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent experience! The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff are very accommodating, friendly, and always ready to assist with our needs. The service was great, and the overall atmosphere made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I truly appreciate the hospitality. Highly recommended! I would definitely love to stay here again. 😊」

「Friendly stuff enjoyed my stay for the price. It’s reasonable, large, clean restroom, smiling faces every day in the front lobby and secured by a gate. The room can be a bit noisy but like I said for the price it’s worth it and if you don’t mind or you’re a heavy sleeper than this will be a great choice walking distance from the mall to the government center and one block from the hospital for emergencies」
