「Really enjoyed our stay!!」

「Very authentic looking and comfortable hobbit hole. Very peaceful property and having a coffee place next door is perfect.」

「The place was very clean & well stocked. Enjoyed the basket of treats. There was always a nice smell in the air. The only thing is that I would have liked is off street parking.」

「Denise did a great job of answering questions and ensuring we were enjoying our stay. It was extremely clean and spacious, will definitely stay here again if we get another opportunity.」

「We stayed for an overnight to see a concert on our way back from a cross country trip. Property was super clean, updated, trendy, and private. Loved the big open shower! Two parking spots gave us room to leave the camper. Host was very responsive. 10/10」

「Super cute little tiny house. We super enjoyed it. The parking is a little tight, but achievable.」

「I rented this apartment for a visiting colleague who stayed in Lincoln for 3 weeks and it was absolutely ideal! The location was great, as he could walk to campus, to stores, to restaurants, etc. The apartment was spacious, clean, and had all necessities. I would definitely look into this option again for future visitors.」

「The view just beyond the yard is indeed good, with several large trees and a small creek. The facility has a lot of room with a spacious bedroom, living room/kitchen area and a large laundry/freezer room. Maintenance is adequate. The owner was very accomodating of our request for strong A/C and his overall communications were thorough.」

「Nice, I would stay there again. Clean and comfortable. Host is responsive. There is a short distance on a gravel road that is a bit washboard. Not the host's fault just reality.」

「The house was kept at 73 while it was 94 outside which was very comfortable. The house is on a quiet street and the kitchen was stocked with coffee and snacks. I only spent one night but would go back again.」

「We spent a week at this property. It had everything we needed. It was close to restaurants and bars. The parking was easy.」
