Fantastic Downtown Location

We truly enjoyed our stay. Just blocks from the capitol building, the historic atmosphere and architecture made this location especially nice. The surrounding neighborhood was safe and clean. The accommodations were just what we were looking for to get a good nights sleep and place to decompress. We highly recommend this host for anyone looking to stay in the heart of Lincoln.

Grandma’s visiting granddaughter

Loved the building, and the fact that our condo was downstairs. Cleanliness was top-notch. Liked the location, so close to campus. Only drawback, as my granddaughter put it, the neighborhood was “sketchy”.

This was the cleanest property we've stayed at. Our host was prompt to respond and directions for entry were clear. So nice to have a parking spot and this place is easy to find...a senior driver appreciates that! Comfy and quiet too.

Everything we expected. The property was clean and well stocked. The kitchen had all the items for us to cook and dine without having to go out and pur hase anything. A/C worked perfectly. Very comfortable and cozy. Great communication with the host. Parking was a little tight for my full sized pickup, but we figured it out fine and was not an issue.

Sweet little apartment

This apartment is centrally located with everything you might need nearby. It was clean and comfortable with quality linens. There is a convenient, off street, parking spot. We had everything we needed and the host responded promptly to all inquiries. Air conditioning worked great, which was a definite plus during a hot sticky 4th of July weekend.

Very nice unit that had everything we needed. Very quiet and clean. We walked to the Pinnacle Arena and felt very safe in the neighborhood. We had to do a lot of "house chores" before we left and really needed to get on the road.
