「Due to the weather conditions the hotel took advantage and over charge on food」

「We experienced hot, humid, Hurricane Simon the entire week we were there. We appreciated the organized way the management and staff handled the difficult week. It was difficult to be in lock down -- no beach access the entire week except for our first day and last day we were leaving. No swimming in ocean. No pool for 2.5 days. Obviously we are grateful Simon went away from Jalisco, but it still made for along, frustrating week. Thank you Riu staff for your hours and hours of pouring into...

「The fact that you have to make a reservation after 12 midnight on the app for the steak restaurant was ridiculous」
