"The breakfast was great, and coffee, tea and some other drinks were available in the lobby all day long. The window was a smoked glass, couldn’t see the view outside."

"Amazing hostel in a 100 year old building! Beautiful garden. Central to all the attractions! Really really beautiful!"

"Great location. "

"新型コロナ対策も十分で、不安なく、快適に過ごせました。レストランやロビー等が使えないのは、致し方ないですが、周辺のお店を紹介していただき、助かりました。"

"Was very private and provided an excellent range of amenities"

"Kind staff and great location, close to many sights in Nara."

"Nice place and walking distance to trains and buses. Nice healthy breakfast."

"This is one of a handful of classy historic hotels near major rural attractions in Japan. A real old fashioned high-end style and treatment that makes you think you're in the 1930s. The location is convenient to the Nara Park where the historic attractions are located. It is not in walking distance of either train station."

"Near Nara Park and the temple area and surrounded by parking lots but not too many restaurants. Quiet and big rooms, comfort ok. Nice breakfast selection. Good choice, good value for price."
