なによりご飯が美味しかった

駅や観光地からのアクセスも良く、清潔で大きめの部屋で満足でした。 何よりご飯が美味しかったです。 特にランチは定番のメニューではありますがとびきり美味しい上に お値段も安く感動しました。

コロナでも頑張ってください。

ツインルームのシングルユースだったのでゆったりしていました。2泊したのですが、何も指示していないのにベッドメイクされておらず、朝出たままのベッドで残念でした。ロケーションがいいのでまた使いたいので、清掃など宜しくお願いします。

寝るだけでしたが、ユニットバスなのでゆっくりお風呂に入れる感じではありませんでした。JR奈良駅と近鉄の間にあるので、双方の路線を観光に使うにはとても便利です。

施設や部屋は新しくはありませんでしたが、清潔で過ごしやすかったです。価格と内容にはまったく文句ありません。ただ、朝食が素晴らしいということで、楽しみにしていましたが、茶粥など米飯、湯豆腐など以外は手作り感は無く、冷凍食品の延長のものばかりで残念でした。卵焼き、サバなども解凍品。そして、コーヒーの味が最悪でした。残念。 立地も良いだけに本当に残念。

いつも応対が親切丁寧で、安心して宿泊できます。奈良はお寺や神社が多く、夜遅くまで行われる宗教行事も多いですが、事前に相談しておくと、いろいろと配慮してくれます。老舗のホテルなので建物は新築のようにピカピカとはいきませんが、でもお部屋はいつも清潔にしてくれているので、困ることはありません。ぐっすりよく眠れました。何よりも、フロントの方の対応は最高です。

場所はJRや近鉄奈良駅からもとても近いしコンビニや食べるところには困りません。 スタッフの対応も早かったです。 バスタブの排水口が詰まってたりタオルが汚れていたのは残念ですが、気を付ければすぐに改善される事なので対応をお願いします。

フロントやレストラン(朝食時)従業員の態度が極めて事務的で、また殆ど全ての人達は、微笑みすらありません。私は心理臨床が専門なので、彼等の表情がとても気になりました。奈良の土地柄？　貴ホテルの組織風土？･･･大阪生まれの私にでも意外な風景でした。先月、JR駅横の某ホテルでは皆さん笑顔対応だったので、気になった次第です。

客室窓から参拝

ロケーションはよく、周辺環境も良い。 バスは手すり・すべり止めなど疲れた年寄りへの配慮はありがたかった。カランとシャワーの切り替え、温度の選択は紛らわしく迷いました。排水は洗面台ともに良好とは言い難い。 これはまれな場面に遭遇したようですが、宿泊客からのクレームを電話で受けていたようで、電話を受けた後、フロントメンバー間で険悪な雰囲気。客のいる間は、注意することを控えるのがマナーではと思いました。

近鉄奈良駅から徒歩10分以内で立地が素晴らしく、日中買い物で荷物が増えたら部屋に戻って荷物を置くこともできて、とても観光しやすかった。 とても暑い日が続いていて、チェックインの時に冷たいおしぼりをくれてとても嬉しかった。

快適！

毎年泊まってます。近鉄、JRに約10分ほどの場所で、コンビニも近いし、ホテルのレストラン、料理屋さんもあり、便利です。今年は上階の部屋にして下さり、見晴らしも良かったです。 お土産も割と充実してて、買いたいものも十分揃えてます。 また、来年も泊まろうと思います。

We stayed in this hotel for a night on our trip to Japan, the main appeal was its location: easy walking distance from the train station as well as from local sights. Reception staff were polite and helpful, the room had plenty of space for us and it was comfortable, though it did look a little dated but everything worked as expected. It was an affordable no-frills stay, just what we wanted. I would definitely stay here again.
