I've stayed at a ton of different hostels around Bangkok over the years, but Suneta has quickly become my favorite! It's two sois away from Khao San, one of them being Rambuttri, but it's very quiet at night and I got some very pleasant sleep here.
I had a cabin room, and it does get a little warm in there so I kept the door open halfway at night which helped a bit. I think next time I will go for the curtain bed because of this, but it really wasn't much of an issue! The cabin beds have TV...

So for my first time in Bangkok by myself solo trip this was a great way to enter the city. The pool was clean and the guest were very friendly and amazing to hang out with everyone was open and had excellent communication with people that I now hold dear

The staff here were so friendly, hard working, and helpful. The lobby has a nice eating area and the rooftop has a great view of the city skyline and the river. The bathrooms were always kept cleaned, the lockers were big and could accommodate my stuff, and the building is kept locked and safe. I had never stayed in a hostel before, but staying here was nice and easygoing. I would definitely book with them again
