「Staff communication was the icing on top!」

「The apartment itself was excellent - very comfortable with lots of space. Location was great with some excellent restaurants nearby. A place called Do Belo was our favourite and within 5 minutes walk. Staff were brilliant, but the check in process was a bit complicated as we arrived after 8pm. We had to go to the sister hotel to pick up our room keys before going to the hotel itself. 「It’s walkable distance from the bus stop and even to the central station. Right near the quiet peaceful neighborhood, Oog in Al and Lombok and my boys (10 and 7) and I especially loved this area because it was safe and had lots of beautiful parks with kids playing. And everything was so clean and the windows were huge and could observe 180° view of Utrecht.」
