「This was a wonderful base for exploring Munich. Grünwald is not in the city center but it is a lovely and quiet area that makes the travel time well worthwhile. It also has some good restaurant options (we love Kritamos). This apartment was perfect for our needs - it was even more spacious and nicely appointed than it seemed in the listing. The hosts were terrific - quick to respond, very welcoming and hospitable, and even offered to drive us to the tram stop with our luggage upon our departure....

You have to go through that and a restaurant to get to the apartment hallway. I had to wander around until I found it. Key was in the door. There's a bar/restaurant attached with outdoor seating.
