「Great discovery! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The resort is huge and pristine, offering a wide range of activities that's perfect for families with children (2 swimming pools, 2 water slides including one specifically for kids! minigolf, ping pong, ...). The staff is highly competent and the attentive support provided by the reception team throughout our stay perfectly met our expectations. 「ホテル内は入り組んでおり、案内ボード表示も明確でないこともあって自分の部屋を探すのに苦労しました。 またベッドカバーがかかっていたため気が付きませんでしたが、ベッドメイキングが完全に出来ておらず（ベッドカバーの下はシーツのみ）、就寝前に其のことに気づき驚きましたがクレームを伝える元気がでないほど　　がっかりしました。翌朝グループの他の部屋が殆ど同様であったことを知りましたが、誰もがクレームを伝える気持ちすら起きないほどがっかりしていました。私たちが使用したどの部屋の水道水からも鉄さびが出てきたため、外で水を調達して来ました。明らかに長期間使用されていないことが明白な部屋でした。」

「Second visit here and have already booked for next year, grounds , beach, food & staff 4 star , fantastic family resort. Rooms a little on the small side, daily room cleaning a bit hit and miss , all inclusive drinks ok ,cocktails very sweet and made with syrups not fresh ingredients , paid for cocktails were better this year than previous visit. Hired beach Cabana for our whole stay which was fabulous , the beach is beautiful and better than many four star resorts we have stayed at! Water...
