I liked the hotel it was nice and it’s clean and the view was amazing ❤️ the only problem I had was the AC didn’t work but they offered to change the room for me so that’s nice. It’s really local to all monastir and the marina overall the hotel is really nice breakfast lunch and dinner always served buffet style. Really good hotel for the price you pay. Another thing check in can be 24 hours that’s very helpful to know because I was delayed till 4 am and I had no issue at all so that part was really like overall comfortable hotel

The hotel has not been maintained well. Check-in too forever, as there are a number of people trying to change money, along with an old check-in system that could not find reservations by name. You must have the confirmation number from their own system to find it appropriately. Definitely print your reservations, as they won't check you in without something hard-copy.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est très merveilleux, en face de la plage. Par contre, je n’ai pas aimé l'accueil et le confort de la chambre (en plein été y a même pas un petit frigo dans la chambre). Bref c'est mon dernier séjour dans cet hôtel !

Nice hotel with a great view

My boyfriend and I came to this hotel for 4 nights. We paid a little extra for the room with a view of the sea (highly recommend that!). The bathroom was just a bit dirty, but nothing serious just a little dust here and there. The bed was comfortable and the staff when we checked in were all very nice and friendly. I also liked the security when we were here. There is a locked gate and you have to go through security to get into the hotel. The breakfast each morning was nice. We both really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Overall, it was a nice hotel, a good price, clean and had friendly staff. When I come back I will definitely stay here again.

Terrible experience, late check in, no air condition in lobby and dining hall. Air condition in the chamber didn't work, dirty rooms. No lights in hallways and elevators out of service. Staff unfriendly and got way too much too do. Look for another hotel.

hôtel sympa facile d'accès

nous sommes arrivés à l hôtel aux alentours de 12h30, nous n'avons pas eu trop d'attente ,une remise de clefs assez rapide après avoir remplis les formalités; seul bémol la vue de la chambre sur le stade et lorsque nous avons demandé la vue sur mer il fallait rajouter un supplément . Nous avons donc profité pour aller chercher à se restaurer; pas de soucis, des snacks rapides à proximité ainsi que des restaurants... ensuite balade dans les souks et marché central, mausolée etc ... niveau situation géographique hôtel bien placé nous avons tout fait à pied. Petit déjeuner copieux , bon buffet avec choix et pour ceux qui ont un avion tôt pas de soucis ouverture des 6h du matin. nous avons demandé un taxi pour notre départ chose que je ne conseille pas, le tarif nous a paru excessif pour effectuer 15 kms jusqu à l aéroport. renseignez vous avant auprès d'un taxi ils sont souvent à proximité des hôtels.

Hygiène de la chambre et de la salle de bain à revoir +++. Buffets variés, mais file d'attente pour plats chauds d'au moins un quart d'heure... Réveillés à 7h30 les 2 dernièrs jours par les travaux de l'hôtel !!!

Et dejligt ophold. Usædvanligt hjælpsomt og høfligt personale alle steder. Omgivelserne er grundigt rengjorte dagligt og servicen er i top. Stranden lige ved hotellet er skøn, selv på denne tid af året(januar) Sikkerheden er synlig og meget opmærksom. Vi kommer tilbage til sommer
