「Thank you for letting us stay the other day. I was happy to see giraffes from the balcony. As soon as I opened the front door, there were deer and alpacas, which were cute. Everything from dinner to dessert was delicious. The staff were also kind, which we are grateful for as we are not good at English. Touching the rhinos on the morning tour was a good memory.」

「Pros: Quiet. Double garage with electric door. Cons: Extremely dirty. The carpet was so gross - stained, (especially the stairs), looked greasy and flattened, and LOTS of dirt/particles still on the floor when we checked in. Tried to vacuum myself but the vacuum cleaner doesn't work! Cobwebs everywhere. Bathroom corners, edges were covered in dark mould/ discoloured silicone. Room door corners were covered in thick layers of dust. All tables, kitchen benches, coffee tables were dirty when we...
