「Staff was confused about my reservation upon arrival. Muttered a few things to themselves and then got me a room. Only hotel I have ever stayed at in my life that did not ask for a THING at check-in. No credit card, no ID, no vehicle info. I didn’t complain, but very odd. Place is odd, sorta empty, doors are super loud, old and needs updating, odd smell. Clean enough for one night.」

「The property was not well maintained. Lights didn’t work, the stove was greasy, microwave dirty, toaster oven was full of crumbs. doors and baseboards unwashed, stuff lodged in the corners of the floor, stairs not vacuumed, and very few utensils. We had two forks, two butter knives and no teaspoons. The porch was dirty. And the outside table had knive carvings. The advertisement should have read: change up your hunting cabin for a tiny home. We would have expected a rustic experience and not...

「Bedside light did not work...faulty wiring. Room was half the size of other rooms cuz it was scrunched in at the end of the hotel. However there's an ok Italian restaurant next door that was good.」

「The hotel was easy to find and well set up. We enjoyed the extra kitchen items and microwave. The ice machine was a little noisy but worked great! The beds were comfy and the area was very quiet. It was a very restful stay after a long day!」

「This is by far the best VRBO we’ve ever stayed in. So many details of well stocked kitchen, bathrooms, etc… the cleanliness of the home was outstanding. It was so warm and cozy. Susan was so quick to respond to questions we had, and even came over to shovel off the snow for us on the steps. We will definitely be staying here again. We felt right at home. 」
