"部屋を当日変更されたが、一段下のグレードにさせられた。 返金も無く、サービスをしてくれるわけでも無かった。 変更させられた事で家族の寝る場所の計画が狂い、楽しい旅に水を差す結果となった。 二度と行かないと思う。"
