「It was a very nice and clean and quiet」

「 I do a lot of traveling. I don't understand why some cheaper hotels insist on pushing people out for their convenience of cleaning after we pay $75 for barely 12hrs of time without being disturbed several times in the morning starting before 9am knocking on doors and calling rooms. What has happened to customer service? Travelers don't want consecutive morning reminders that check out is 11am. When I didn't answer the room service because I was half asleep when they knocked they actually opened...

「Our room was not clean and had a weird smell. The toilet had not been flushed and wouldn’t flush; the maintenance man came and took care of it. The front of the fridge and the dishwasher were nasty and streaked and there were still dirty dishes in the dishwasher. The front desk said there were no more rooms to move us to. Besides our room, the rest of the property seemed in good shape and clean. When you walk into the lobby, it smells great and looks inviting. 」

「El hotel es muy bonito comodo ,pero no lo limpian bien la habitacion que me hospede estaba sucuia tenia basura debajo de la cama el baño estaba rosado por que obviamente no se limpia bien, el piso estaba bien cochino sobre todo el del baño cuando yo lo limpie tenia algo como rojo y muchos pelos ,tambien tenia restos de comida del huesped anterios y pues las savanas no olian a limpio . 「周辺も静かで、部屋もきれい。スタッフの対応も申し分ないものでした。 チェックインの時に、フロントの男性が、いきなり日本語で挨拶されたのにも驚きましたが、それもサービス精神からだったので、うれしく思いました。朝、部屋にカードキーを忘れて閉じこみをしてしまったのですが、フロントで迅速に追加のカードキーを作成してくれて、とてもスムーズな対応でした。それも含めて、文句なしですばらしかったです。」

「This place is super adorable.It is about 40 mins away from Atlanta . The check in process was easy ,the front desk staff was very nice .We were late getting in but the attendant ensured that we would be fine and wished us safe travels after checking in on us while driving in .
