「Fantastic place to stay. We selected Watford City and the Roosevelt as a central base of operation while on sales calls. We have officially declared it our N.D. office. Wonderful staff, clean comfortable accommodations and convenient to restaurants and historic sites. You won't be disappointed.」

「My room didn't have any soap or shampoo, and when I went to ask the front desk for some, I was told they had run out the previous day. How that even happens is astonishing, and is a sign of poor management to me. There was mild damage in the bathroom, and one of the lamps had a bad bulb. The walls are also paper thin, and you can hear whatever is happening in the rooms next to you.」

「The breakfast was not kept full, or fresh. Staff was very difficult to find for help. There were never any towels available in the pool area, and hard to find any staff to get anything needed for our room. When the staff was found they were friendly, but sometimes seemed frustrated when asked for anything.」

「What's not to like? Large rooms, peaceful vibe, large fridge, great beds, wonderful shower, free soup at night.」

「We've stayed here many times in the past, but it is in desperate need of an upgrade and deep cleaning. The furniture in our room was disgusting. No way would you want to sit on the chairs. Also, very dank, musty smell in the room which never lifted. The pool is always closed for maintenance. Breakfast is very mediocre. Price isn't terrible and I guess it worked for a one night stay, but it could and should be better.」

「I returned my cabin keys when I checked out, but they never returned the key deposit hold on my credit card. When i called to follow up they played dumb and accused me of not returning my keys. 」
