「We had a cabin with 2 double beds— very clean, refrigerator, good a/c, coffee maker. Comfy beds with 4 nice pillows! Not updated by modern standards but very nice! 1/2 mile from the very cool Cumberland Falls overlooks.」

「There was nothing good about this property calling a roach motel is giving it credit. It was disgusting. The staff was unhelpful and we ended up having to drive 200 miles back to this location to look for a cell phone that my Life360 showed was here but yet nobody had an office key or a key to the laundry facility when the phone showed that it was here. By far this place needs help and new management and also a good cleaning.」

「Room was clean, hard to close tbe door when sun was shining, ac worked great. Breakfast ...none ...no hair dryer and coffemaschine in room. Tv tiny. Low toilet. Shower worked great. Staff friendly. Only 1 roll of toilet paper for 3 day stay.」

「The property was lovely the cabin was absolutely the cutest most adorable little cabin. Great access to the river and amber was the sweetest host ever will definitely be returning to this property.」

「Room was clean. Breakfast was light but good. Beds were more on the firm side. Property doesn't have much to do onsite, a fire pit and hot tub would be great additions for a little retreat. Looks like they may be adding to the property as there was the start of a pond dug out. I'd love to see more things to do onsite in the future! I would recommend a light in the parking area for late night arrivals/returns. Quiet retreat.」

「The owners were very polite. The only issue I had was that the listing online did not say anything about it being fully solar powered with no electricity. We left in the middle of the night the first night because there was no power at all.」

「Calvin was great. Very responsive and happy to assist. Cabin was nice and clean. TV and theater style couch was wonderful. Beds were comfortable.Loved the view and hot tub was relaxing. Grill was clean and easy to use. Water pressure was good. Did not use fireplace or out door fire pit but both looked nice. Plenty of seating.」

「Excellent place to stay Very clean, very private. Just down the road from Cumberland Falls. A nice surprise was a great farm, which was right at the end of the property with goats, horses, and chickens that you could pet and feed. So sweet!! Highly recommend!」
