「ビーチが近く、のんびり過ごすには大変よかった。しかし、スタッフのサービスがいまいち。 とても親切な方もいたが、愛想もなく、預けた物も預かっていないと言い張り、非常に困った場面があった。もう少し、レセプションのスタッフが親切だったらと感じた。バーの方は感じがよく、親切だっつ。」

「マネージメントレベルの方々が、宿泊客と親しげに対応してくれているホテルです・・。これって、他のホテルでは見かけない（か、そのような事は余程の顧客で無いとしないのかは？？ですが）特徴的な事かな・・。それとプールエリアの顧客サービスがとりわけ良いと思います。」

「Die Anlage ist sehr zu empfehlen. Man sollte allerdings in den Wintermonaten von Mauritius berücksichtigen, dass es in der Anlage sehr windig und kälter sein kann, als an anderen stränden. Aber die Anlage selber ist sehr schön, Essen super und vielseitig und das Personal super nett.」

「チェックイン時のウェルカムドリンクで始まったコンシェルジュやレセプションの対応はフレンドリーでありながらも、丁寧でスタッフの質の高さを感じました。 お部屋のロケーションは最高です。 バスルームはシャワーとバスタブが分かれていて、洗面も２つありスペースも広く贅沢な造りです。客室もゆったりとしていて、静かで、まさに大人のリゾートです。 夕食が料金に含まれているプランで、毎夕同じレストランで取りましたが、毎日メニューがちがうので、じゅうぶんに楽しめました。レストランスタッフのサービスも良いです。 プールやプライベートビーチもきれいに手入れされており、警備員の方も至るところにいらっしゃるので、安全な空間になっていました。 個人的にどうしてもカゼラ ワールド オブ アドベンチャーで、ライオンと歩きたかったので、このホテルは近くて良かったです。」
