「I used to love that hotel but the service and food quality dropped significantly. The rule for pool usage and allowed swimming suites changed and seemed that people use swimming pools wearing their regular clothes. Instead of fresh squeezes they offer packages juices that taste like plastic. In the whole hotel there was no US outlet adapter, all the room outlets don't work for US electric devices or electronic charges. The quality dropped significantly after management change. I will no longer...

The staff were friendly and not pushy with asking for tips compared to other places always asking for tips. Also one thing they need to work on is knowing the difference between the ice americano and iced espresso very important for coffee lovers hehe. The only downside is the area around is still developing and a lot of construction and empty lots but once you are at the property you don’t even notice that. Hopefully when everything is done the area around the property will be more beautiful but do not let that stop you to go you will enjoy your time .」
