The building was new, and we were its first guests. There were numerous defects, as well as fixtures and finishes that had not been properly installed to ensure guest safety, along with plumbing and electrical issues. Furthermore, the chalet had not been adequately cleaned following the construction and finishing work. I informed the hotel staff, and they promised to address the matter so that future guests would not encounter the same problems.

We really enjoyed staying on the property, beautifully designed inside and outside. Our suite was spacious and bright. We enjoyed walking around the lake very much. Amazing service and wonderful staff , they do all they can to make you feel comfortable, i highly recommend staying there and definitely looking forward to my next stay there in the future.

The property is new and clean. For Sahel it is a good option as there isn't a lot of options with a good price range. Please note it is more of a family hotel and mainly conservative families (if you are a foreigner it is important to note). The rooms are spacious and clean. My family and I recently stayed at Azur One Eleven, a newly opened hotel, and we were overall very pleased with our experience. Although the hotel is not located directly on the beach, it more than makes up for it with its impressive array of amenities. The property features massive lagoons and large swimming pools beneath each building, creating a beautiful and relaxing environment. The accommodation itself was outstanding. We stayed in a spacious apartment of approximately 100 square meters, complete with a fully equipped kitchen and modern appliances. This setup made our stay feel more like a home away from home rather than just a standard hotel room. Breakfast at Azur One Eleven was another highlight. The open buffet offered a decent variety of options. The staff were consistently pleasant and helpful, enhancing our overall experience. The hotel boasts a wide range of facilities, although some areas are still under development, which is understandable given that it is newly opened. During our stay, we made use of the gym, spa, Jacuzzi, PlayStation, and billiards—all of which were well-maintained and enjoyable. One of the major advantages of staying at Azur One Eleven is its proximity to New Alamein City. This location provided easy access to shopping malls and a variety of restaurants, making it convenient for us to explore the local area.
