However , it's still lacking in details. 1) the path to getvto the hotel is rough and hard to navigate , 2) the reservation system is not up to scrap and need modernisation , 3) the built suffered in storm , 4) out driver didn't revive a lunch box where we got one from every other lodge . "Very comfortable stay. We spent 6 nights at the Lodge over Christmas and had a great time, exploring Manyara National Park and the local area. Lovely to have wildlife in the camp, wondering around. Lovely swimming pool, great food and very, very helpful staff; we were looked after very well."

"They did not have our booking(pre paid) which is understandable somewhat because they are out in the middle of no where, but there was no attempt on the staffs part to help fix the problem. we ended up leaving 1.5 hours later than we wanted and paid with a Card(got a refund from Hotels.com). the hotel needs to have better service. The refund from hotels.com was easy and service on there side great."
