New with potential

Hotel only opened 2 years ago and has a lot of potential . However , it's still lacking in details. 1) the path to getvto the hotel is rough and hard to navigate , 2) the reservation system is not up to scrap and need modernisation , 3) the built suffered in storm , 4) out driver didn't revive a lunch box where we got one from every other lodge . The hotel can be great with small adjustment and attention to details

Never felt so welcome anywhere.

We were treated like kings during our 4 nights at Kilimamoja Lodge,the best was their outstanding service.Also very nice cottage with three showers,one of them outdoors ,amazing views,excellent grounds,stunning dining room,good food,good and affordable wine list.I have seen previous reviews were other guests regret no to stay more;well,this is absolutely correct.We used the hotel as main station for our game drives to Lake Manyara and Tarangire parks with one more day just to relax. Our last day,they have an overwhelming gesture of allowing us to plant a tree in front of our cottage ,accompanied by all the staff.Thanks everybody,specially to Mr. Vincent and Mr. Andrea.

OUTSTANDING

Absolutely the best hotel I’ve stayed at. I spend generally half the year in hotels for business and this is hands down one of the best I’ve ever stayed at. The rooms are large, spacious, and luxurious, but it’s the friendly staff that make this lodge/hotel truly a great establishment. I generally don’t leave reviews but this hotel went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND our expectations.
