「The bed was horrible and had dog hair on one of them. The sheets were dingy and we went an bought sheets to sleep on after I Lysol the mattress. The lamp shades and ceiling had mold on it over the bed. 」

「Actually Expedia said they allowed pets and in fact they do not! However the manager allowed us to stay and was very kind! 」

「These are outdoor rooms, and the locks and deadbolts were not sufficient for the doors. The bathroom was clean, but the pull out couch mattress had no sheets on it, and had rust marks and mold on it. For the price paid for the night, it was not worth the stay. The staff was amazing and sweet, but the property was not the 8 rating we paid for 」

「街中の歴史を感じる小規模ホテル。街が安全なこともあり、徒歩での飲食にも事欠かない。オーナーはかつて日本に滞在した軍関係者で、大の日本贔屓。日本滞在時代の表彰状も３つ掲示されていた。宿泊に含まれる朝食は全てオーダー方式で美味しい。次の機会もきっとここに泊まることになりそうだ。」

「While the staff was very nice, the room itself wasn’t great. The pillows were uncomfortable, the tub was wonky - the floor felt soft in spots, and the AC wasn’t great. I was either sweating or freezing. 」

「When you walk in staff is beyond nice and very helpful. Room clean to the T. , food delicious and they have a pool, exercise room as cell. Wonderful place to stay. 」

「Breakfast menu was very nice. Staff in kitchen was friendly, social with morning greetings. Very clean lobby, eating areas. 」

「The staff at check-in and check-out were friendly and helpful. Check-in was slow but it appeared to be complicated software. The room and bathroom were clean. Third floor elevator request button would not light so I could never be sure the elevator was coming. The bed was comfortable but I really wish hotels would provide a few pillows with volume as opposed to puffy pillows that flatten as soon as they are put to use.」

「Curtain rod fell and broke apart in three pieces. Had to do triage. Great place - will stay again. 😎」

「I had a horrible experience. I booked in advance and when arrived they have given my room up because I didn’t checkin by 6pm and we arrived around 8pmbut I paid for the room already. This was during a busy weekend where the furniture convention was in town and every hotel was book within and 1 and 10mins distance. We were lucky to have found a motel which was horrible and dirty but we had no choice e. This hotel left us in a city with no hotel, no other options and the night staff was so rude...

「There was no remote for the TV. No iron or ironing board. The bathroom sink faucet was broken. There was a dirty washcloth on the shower curtain rod. You could tell that someone had shaved in the shower and used the shower wall to tap out excess hair. The shower was gross. The door latch was busted off. The ac unit hardly worked. And the TV had wires hanging everywhere. 」
