This hotel was perfect for our family of four over an Alabama football game weekend! It was an easy drive to/from Tuscaloosa and offered plenty of space to settle in for the weekend. The staff was friendly and welcoming and having breakfast included is always appreciated. We will be back!

The staff, both evening when we checked in and morning, was friendly and very accommdating. The room was clean and spacious. As in every motel, the lighting in the bathroom is not very good, but we expect that no matter where we stay. The breakfast was very good!

I come home to visit my dad at least 2-3 times a year, and my preference has been this hotel and they haven't let me down yet. The staff is great, and the "free" breakfast helps me to start my day. When/if something goes wrong, the staff/team responds immediately. Keep up the great work!!

Overall it was a decent hotel but out of all the hyatt hotels I have stayed at this one was at the bottom of the list. It felt more like a motel than a Hyatt hotel . Outdated look and every lamp had rust on it . Window very muggy looking. The walls were SUPER thin . I heard everything through the walls even the people saying in the room beside me I heard they conversations. On the bright side the staff was extremely friendly

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Service and a Wonderful Stay! I had a great experience during my stay last night! What truly made my visit stand out was Aretha, the night clerk. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, professional, and attentive. She went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and taken care of, and her kindness made a lasting impression on me. It’s not every day you encounter someone who genuinely takes pride in their job and makes guests feel valued. Aretha is a true asset to this hotel, and she deserves recognition for the excellent customer service she provides. Employees like her are what make guests want to return! Thank you, Aretha, for making my stay such a pleasant experience. Management is lucky to have someone like you on their team! I would absolutely recommend this hotel based on the wonderful hospitality I received. ❤️

I did like the room and it was comfortable for our family. I would say the room was a bit on the dustier side, needing a deeper clean rather than the standard quick room flip. I would say attention to outside receptacles for waste should be closer tended to, to deter pesky bugs and bees being close to the entryway.

The room was clean, staff was kind but couldn't officially get checked out and obtain a receipt. We didn't have a working mini fridge and the toilet wouldn't fill up we had to manually do it.

Checked in was great except elevator was out of order and I was on the 3rd floor. Room was great. Ice machine was not working on the 3rd floor so more stairs. Would like to have had a microwave in the room. Will stay there again next time I’m in the area.

The hotel is very outdated. We had to change rooms after the air would not cool and the sink flooded in the first room! The shower was super disgusting, with extreme tile chipping. The replacement room was not any better the light fixture was hanging off the wall above our head, shower tile was chipping not as bad but it had dirt in every corner, and the air in the room did not go below 67! I would not recommend and I wouldn't book a stay again!! The staff was very nice in despite the discomfort of the stay

We stayed here for a soccer weekend the room was spacious ,clean but definitely needs to be cleaner, the carpet floors needs deep cleaning. All the ice makers we out on every floor ! the Lobby was nice , the coffee and breakfast area was nice , clean , with a good variety of things to eat . Overall I would stay here again if needed . Very convenient location with plenty of food and shopping close by .
