「awsome stay! beautiful facility, helpful and friendly staff, clean room and well maintained facility, great restaurant options on the premice. The only thing is they charge 100 euros erery two hours for a late checkout. Since we paid 800 euros a night, two hour late checkout could have been part of service I felt but a difference in opinion, and they have the right to charge customers!」

「The hotel was very clean, modern decor and comfortable beds. Breakfast had a good selection but was busy at points. Pool area was great and provided shade with no problems with getting a sunbed. Issues were the parking, only a few spaces available, parking had to be on street which was often hard to find. The location is a few miles from main centre so would need a car. Also be careful when booking with Expedia as they advertise rooms with a sea view and this is not the case」

「Really good for price i paid , however we got taken to beach by the hotel minibus , a 30 plus minutes walk away , there was a torrential storm and they just left us with 2 toddlers to walk back, no remorse either ,no duty of care, and you cannot get a taxi for love or money from there」

「ドラッグ洞窟を訪れるためにポルトクリストにあるホテルとして選択しました。9月の後半に利用しましたがまだ目の前のビーチでは海水浴を楽しむ人がいっぱい。このホテルはバイキングの2食付で料理の品数も多くコストパフォーマンスは高いと思います。小さな屋外プール、ジムなど施設も充実していて、部屋にはジャグジー付きのバスタブがあり有難かったです。アメニティーグッズも豊富です。また従業員がみな親切で好感がもてました。 ちょっと残念なのは駐車場がないこと。路上駐車OKの場所もあり、また道路の有料パーキングも18:00以降は無料にはなるのですが、レンタカーを借りてたので、いたずらされないか心配でした。」

「駐車場が無く、周辺道路にしか停める場所がない。初日に当て逃げに会い、台無しの旅行となった。サイドミラーのカバーはもぎ取られ、かなり悪質さを感じた。慣れた人達は駐車するたびに状況写真を撮っていた。そのような人達が多いということだと思う。恐ろしく、もう行くことはないです。 施設は全般的に快適。朝食はここに限らず日本人の口には合いません。」

「Great hotel, very quiet and luxurious」

「Die Lage zwischen den zwei Orten hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Je 15 min in eine Richtung zum Strand und auch in die andere. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Jedoch ist bis 22:30 Uhr Abendprogramm und es ist sehr laut, danach ist es sehr ruhig. Die Größe des Zimmers war toll und alles bequem, man merkt jedoch die niedrige Qualität der Möbel. Parken konnte man an der Straße und es war immer etwas frei.」

「Had the manager come into the breakfast room to say hello to everyone BUT my table… I brought this up at check out and her excuse was because I was eating she didn’t want to disturb - mind you the breakfast room is at MOST 8 small tables ( very intimate) while the other guests were eating she had lovely conversations with every single one of them BUT me.
